Emerald Star Network Path

Those we honor, that have passed due to the tragedy of substance abuse will always be a part of our life experience.  The Emerald Star represents a shimmering emerald light that keeps our thoughts, memories and feelings of those loved ones and friends with us.  The acceptance of this vision will help us on our path that honors our loved ones and friends as well moves us forward toward our own solace and peace.

The Emerald Star Network is a manifestation of my path.  Looking back at the tragedies I have faced and how I have weathered deep sorrow, hopelessness and despair.  It hurts, it can engulf our entire being.  I had to move forward after allowing ample time for grieving.  The world was disturbingly moving on.

What did I do?  I chose an active path of seeking the positive.  Quotes, spiritual writings and affirmations, were read and I thought earnestly about many of the topics.  Slowly, what I call “keys of insight” would move me along.  There were no great epiphanies that made everything better. There was a gradual but noticeable ability to incorporate these principals into my life.  I was feeling and doing better.

This path can have all the uncertainty of a trip into the wilderness and also be an exciting adventure.  My path became a treasure of life changing thoughts and attitudes that better allowed me to navigate my life with more freedom from turmoil.  With this freedom I am now able to experience life with more meaning, purpose, peace and solace.

The collection of stories presented on this website is a way for you to start this path with writings from people who have gone through the tough journey you may be facing.  These are people who want to help people like me and you to achieve more peace and solace in our lives.

This path does not have an endpoint and is best to be continued and refined.

When starting the Emerald Star Path, be reassured others have taken their own path through our collective experience and found they have been led to a being that honors our loved ones and moves us toward our own peace and solace.

Through our collective experience we have found that they have been lead to a shift in thinking that allows them to honor their loved ones and friends. This further moves them toward there own peace and solace.
